I am not an IGATE person. But I know, how frustrating it is to hear the words that your cases are still on hold. I think, as november case is approved, he is posting some wrong information. Don\'t worry. As you all filed amended 140, there is no possibility of any hold. every thing will go smoothly. Even Rajiv Khanna also confirmed the same.

Regarding gcwantedurgetn AVM is correct, when it says approval, not the attorney. When it says approved on 6/28, that is correct. He can expect exactly after 5 working days. This is to console you guys, but I am not related to IGATE.

And regarding my lawyer,looks like they were correct than the IIO.They were informed by IIO mine was approved on 25th.
AVM got updated lately and as you said,I think My letter will have AVM\'s date only.

I do not think november is posting wrong information. i was told by the IIO that cases are put in a pending status and it will take about 2 months for cases of 485 to get processed from here on forward.

psharma, thanks for sharing this info. May be november\'s friend would have wrongly heard/understood/interpreted the IIO\'s statement as a HOLD. Hoping for the best.
