Get photo copy from your lawyer Your lawyer must have received a courtsey copy. Approval copy help INS to get details of approval thru their Barcode system. Copy will serve that purpose. Good Luck

Two are done Mamoo with 2FP on 12/03/04 is done.... Immediately after 2FP on 12/03/04 he got RFE... RFE email 01/07/05, Recd 01/11/05, sent 01/13/05, NSC Recd 01/14/05 kjkool had FP2 11/13/04 and got approved on 12/22/04 It seems their IIO were working fast enough..:) Let's hope for...

Congrats Buddy, You really deserve approval ahead of us since you had PD 2001 and you are 2002 Filer. I also appreciate some people like you who are able to bear this kind of pain (4 years of waiting) and don't get upset, annoyed, etc. You don't write anything bad to USCIS. Good Luck...

Akash Sharma: Check your I-140 Approval notice. You will find PD at the right side of ND of I140 column. Good Luck.

I am going to do same. Actually I filed I 485 in May'03 and didn't find anything till October'04. I applied for my AP and EAD in Oct'04 and got my 1st FP notice in Nov'04 for FP in Dec'04. (Of course AP didn't trigger FP) Now I am done with that I will apply for my Wife's AP and EAD. Hope...
