REFed and PD in 04/2003, EB3, China.

Hi guys, I saw many people in this forum have a smiliar situation like me.
I wondering if anyone have a clear idea of what' going on?

Here is my situation.
I-140 - AD 12/1/04
I got a I-485 REF in last month and send the reply back a couple of days ago. Now LUD changed to yesterday.

Will my case be approved soon or have to wait until the PD become current. I saw someone in this forum got approved even their PD is not current and someone said that once their opened your case, it will go through and PD not necessarily needs to be current.

Which is true?

I don't think any one can say for sure. I had asked my lawyer this last month and he said that it could get delayed, but no one knows. I'm guessing that since your LUD changed and if it keeps changing over the next few days, you could get approved. Keep your fingers crossed. Good luck! :)
