Approval notice lost in mail

My wife's approval letter seems to be lost in the mail. I got mine though. We have the infopass scheduled for Thursday (2/24). Do you think the officer may still put a stamp in her passport, by looking at their system, without the actual approval letter. Were any of you into similar situation?

If thats not possible, what are my options? Can I request another approval letter thru the service center? Any information is truly appreciated.

Get photo copy from your lawyer

Your lawyer must have received a courtsey copy.
Approval copy help INS to get details of approval thru their Barcode system.
Copy will serve that purpose.
