Hey I also was told by KINKO the same. But they told us that we can ourselves take the copy. SO try asking that that I will myself take copy. They will give you card for doing the same.

Yes and No! I got letter in mail for FP2 without anyupdate in LUD After I did that (Index finger & photo& signature), I just got LUD change for two days without any message change!

FP2 is generally Code 2 Biometric which INS people are getting done before I-485 approval so that whenever they approve I-485...they can send card immediately. This is step to eliminate PP stamping step. You might one notice soon! some don't get some get third notice too! ----- Eb1-OR ND OCT...

Well, If you ask this question even to GOD he will not be able to answer that as no one knows how NSC works. You might get tommorow or in 1-2 year. Send mail to FBI to ask about name check ! if you get some answer from them you can expect somthing otherwise just wait!

Its normal! Well!! Its normal now a days!!! INS is changing few things and one of that is avoiding Passport stamping in future. In order to impliment that ........they are now taking biometric before hand and once I-485 is approved they will directly send card to you in short period. I hope...

do it! better safe than worry! Having a birthcertificate of post date is not desirable by INS as stated clearely in birth certificate requirements.A simple affidavit by uncles or Aunties can do the trick. Back home it can be done fast. Also, follow simpel rule of INS....give them what they want!!!

updates! Do they actually update about everything related to I-485 such as 1.getting FP report 2.Getting Name Check done. 3. Notice of Biometric as my colleauge got just one mail abt I-485 approval without getting these updates

Well, since we are doing it June 2005/July 2005 it should be new style... Thanks Plastic card for answer! Somehow I don't trust Dates of NSC. People get approval irrespective of dates. Is this anyway related to EB1,EB2 cases????
