EAD approved , AP Pending...

EAD approved in one month,
AP online message says taking 130-160 days....
For AP, Is it taking that long now a days?

EAD+AP Filed: July 27
EAD approved : Aug 30

Theres no set of rules - for that... I guess..

For some AP comes first and for some it is EAD..
 
True, It may depend on which application they pick up first...

Any one who recently got their AP Approved, can you share how long did it take at NSC?

A couple of months back, my AP & EAD took only like a month.

The online message for AP is not correct as form I-131 is used for things other than AP -- the time mentioned is not for AP, but for the other items (like re-entry permit etc)

I think your AP should be processed around 15 Sep in the worst case.
 
Well you are luckier than me !
I applied EAD + AP on July 21st and hav'nt heard anything as yet.
My current EAD expires on Oct 8th !
 
I had receipt date of July 7th for 2nd AP / EAD
AP approved Aug 12th 2005
EAD approved Aug 19th 2005

EAD / AP receipt date triggered I140 to be adjudicated. :)

Hopefully I485 won't be long now

My Case status now says that my EAD is approved.
At least half of my worries have been solved (at least temporarily !!)
EAD ND: July 21st
