how long do I have to wait!

Hi!
I am having EB1-OR I-140 petition approved and waiting for I-485.
It is getting tough at this end to keep this job.
Any idea how much time do I have to wait for I-485 approval.
Please see my signature for my dates!
 
Well, If you ask this question even to GOD he will not be able to answer that as no one knows how NSC works. You might get tommorow or in 1-2 year. Send mail to FBI to ask about name check ! if you get some answer from them you can expect somthing otherwise just wait!

My I-485 ND is back in Aug, 2004, and I did my first FP in Sep, 2004. That is the only fp I did. Why you did your FP twice already?

I-140 and I-485 (NIW): ND is Dec 2004
FP1 done in Jan 2005
FP2 done (biometrics) done in June 5th
I-140 approved June 2005
I-485 waiting???

So, that means I have to have FP2 done before my case get approved, is that right? When will I get the FP2 notice?
 
FP2 is generally Code 2 Biometric which INS people are getting done before I-485 approval so that whenever they approve I-485...they can send card immediately. This is step to eliminate PP stamping step. You might one notice soon! some don't get some get third notice too!

So, if you get FP2 notice, will your on-status get updated or you just recieve a mail from INS?
 
Yes and No!
I got letter in mail for FP2 without anyupdate in LUD
After I did that (Index finger & photo& signature), I just got LUD change for two days without any message change!

After FP2, my LUD changed like yours.
