NIW/I-485 documents

Dear nc_ln2000,

Congratulations! I am so happy for you!

I am preparing documents for I-485 under EB2-NIW category. I guess I don't need to submit Employment letter for NIW/I-485. Could you tell me if this is true? And also could you tell me a list of forms/documents you sent to NSC?

My lawyer did everything for me. I did this 8 months back, so i dont rememeber exactly, but i did not submit the employment letter ( i am sure about this).

Sorry, i have checked all my documents again. I have submitted employment letter.

Which country are you from. Looks like your name check etc went thru smooth all the way!Did you see any LUD just before approval!
I have almost similar dates but for EB1-OR

Thanks Kiran. We did not see any LUDs till 7pm of 8/15, but received emails from CRIS around 9pm that our cards ordered based on 485 approval. Then i checked USCIS webpage and message and LUD changed: saying cases approved.
Next day afternoon, i got 6 more emails saying my 485 was approved and approval notice has been mailed. if 14days ---

From 15 to 22nd, i saw change of LUDs. After 2 days got email saying my cards have been mailed.

Hope this help. Your approval is around the corner, b'cos my friend also got approval, he applied week before me.

I guess you and your friend are lucky 12-13% of people who got approval in this time period (of filling)..rest have to wait at least till next year end!!!
