How to say national interest will be adversely affected if NIW is not approved?

I received a RFE from VSC for NIW. I found that while it is easy to establish one's achievement, expertise, importance of the work, it is hard to explain why national interest will be adversely affected if one has to go through labor certificate process. Anyone has any ideas?

I was told by lawyers and expert that get down to your case literally.
Explain them point by point about project-importance, important results and its future with you.
Explain as if no one on this earth can do anything on that project expect you.
Get numbers of popuplation getting affected !!
