For a safe side , enter Canada through road. So there is not question of giving away your I-94. 30 day rule is still valid. You can enter USA if your visa is expired with valid I-797 and I-94. msukid

I think you should send your passport ASAP because you have very less time remaining in expiring your medical. I dont know why didn't you send your passport yet. When is your 90 day limit for passport is ending? Do everything ASAP or lose your Canada PR. Best of luck msukid
