How do you know that your security checks have been cleared?
 
Nidhi, I saw in your signature that your security check is complete. How did you confirm that your check was complete? I am also done with my biometrics and waiting for the date to become current. Can you call the USCIS and ask them about it?

i called congressman and rthey contacted FBI on our behalf...i got letters from FBI and USCIS also told me that they are completed.

my PD is still corrent.... but for how long?

Have you registered with IV? Why do you ridicule them? Don't you feel you are in this mess also.
Whether you participate or not should not be predicated on anything they do or not. These guys are doing their best to lobby for us. Try to understand that.
Retrogressed folks especially from heavily retrogressed countries have a lot riding on this and IV is trying to address that.
I do not like these speculative threads generally since I have not seen a single person get it right. This is because it is clearly a random assignment of dates.
Lets wait and see. I doubt even the state dep't officers know yet.
 
My predictions are,

EB2 - India will move atleast 9 months

EB3 - India will move atleast 5 months

Have fun!!!
 
Worst case : EB3 India wont move at all

Most likely : EB3 India will move 1 month

Best case: EB3 India will match the current World date of May 1,2001

EB3 World wont move till at least October.
 
Hey, hey. Wait a minute. I am just following the thread and making a joke saying that we need motivation to guess such dates. I know IV has got some cash and I was trying to bring a little bit of humor to the crowd. Guessing dates must be a joke to me, since honestly it is pointless.

: You can post 2340+ posts on various forums (ok, fora)

Once you are granted 584, we will send you a Blue Card that you can send for
