Guys, as BaSh suggested some time back, try to convince your lawyer to send an FP request to TSC through the AILA liason.

Also check with the Embassy of your country here in the US -- for the PP you may have to file a missing report with your local police department -- if you have to do that, include the EADs as missing items too and hold on to a copy of that missing report.

vidy5300 and get2: I did 2 things in the last one month: (1) had my lawyer contact TSC to request FP (2) I myself sent a fax to TSC requesting FP I don't know what induced the FP notice, but in the least, doing those things kept me going in what's otherwise been a time of despair. Hope...

Kalki, are you saying that David Price inquired about your case with TSC even though your ND is almost 2 months after TSC's published processing date ? When I contacted his office about my FP, all I got was that your ND is later than the published proc date -- so pls wait your turn.

Recd FP notice on July 15.

Does anyone have experience of doing early FP (before the scheduled date) in Raleigh, NC ? I am scheduled for July 27, but would be relieved to get it done sooner. Don't have any real reason though.

Just recd FP notice in mail. No change in online status. Lawyer called TSC 2 weeks back, I myself faxed TSC last week. No idea which one worked -- maybe neither, it was just my turn to get some good news after 25 months of inactivity.
