Hi all ,
I'd e-filed for I-131 on 2nd of this month , but my 485 got approved on 4th
now should I withdraw I-131 if so then is there a procedure to do that or should I write a letter
Please advise.

Do whatever your lawyer advises you. On a lighter note, even if you write to TSC withdrawing your I-131, I wouldn't be surprised if TSC rejects your request and approves your I-131 anyway!

call the 1 800 number

My suggestion is to call the 1 800 number and live it at that. But do talk to your lawyer.

I would say leave it alone...
Say bye bye to the money...
if you do get it..ask your lawyer what to do...or throw it away

Just forget it. I have a personal experience with my friend on this exact issue. He didn't bother to do anything and didn't even bother to see the status of I-131. He is hale and healthy for the past 1.5 years, after getting approved.

Hi All,
First of all I would like to thankyou all for support and advise.

I did talk to my lawyer today and they advised to send a letter letting them know that I've received my PR approval and withdraw the application.
I know I'll not get my money back , I'm not concerned either.

any thoughts.

Guess What ..!! Received letter today that I-131 denied because PR approved
