Hi all, Mine and my wife's cases were approved on Dec 31st (I dont know whether to consider 2003 as lucky or 2004!). Thank god for the approval!! I am more relieved than excited. I checked only recently. It is just a stroke of luck and I guess this FP expiry is turing out to be a main criteria...

You can go to nearest local BCIS/USCIS office and get it provided it has been more than 90 days since you filed the application. I am not too sure if there are any exceptions to this.

My EAD was lost in the mail. So they wrote back asking me to apply for Replacement EAD. Of course with additional $130 :rolleyes: :mad: So applied for it and got approved within a month :) Good luck to you!
