Yeah ,I have my EAD and 140 approved long back.

My wife's EAD's ND is 10th Feb '04 and she haven't got her EAD yet. This is her first EAD. My I485 is pening since May'03 and we filed her 485 in Jan'04 as she came to US in Jan'04. Is that EAD delay becaus of this reason?? Any idea?? Thanks

I have applied for visa revalidation in August 2002. They rejected my application saying my old visa with my previous employer was still valid to August 2003. So i sent my documents again directly to DC in July 2003. How long should it take?? 2 weeks or 3 months??

I applied for Canadian Permanent Residancy in March 2002. But I haven't got my file number yet. Cashier's check i sent to them had been encashed, i checked with my bank. I wrote them letters and sent them fax but no reply. Had anybody went through similiar pain. Please reply.
