I was wondering if i should get a notice for FP with in a certain time .... , or is it the first step before EAD.

We also recently moved to a new place , and i have asked my attorney to update the address at INS .

How would i check my new address at INS to see if it has been updated ?

You can all the BCIS NCSC at 800-375-5283 and speak with an IIO to see if your address has been updated in their systems

Per online status:
EAD approved on 07/15/2003;

Still wait for I140.

checked online status. EAD approved on July 16. Still waiting for I140. I140 still can not be found in the system. EAD application can not be found till it's approved.
 
COngrats to all those got their 140 approved especially EB3 guys ... now a days i could see guys those who filed there EB3 in March are also getting it approved ....

me 14 feb EB3 NON concurrent still waiting... no RFE ... i think all the EB3 NON concurrent as well as EB3 CP are on the same boat ... :confused: :confused:

Cant do anything as they on the processing dates are showing it as 01/28 for EB3 category ... will wait till 14th aug when i finish my 180 days ..... as per there online message 150-180 for processing such a case ......

So we dont need to worry even if the current status is not available on-line. Once it is apporved we can see..
