Guys,

I just saw on the BCIS web-site that my I-140 was approved on July-1st ....Hope to get the paper pretty soon.

EAD, AP : Still Pending
again, my ND was 28th Feb'03

Is any One has latest approval of EB3 with CP Option.
I think I-140 EB3 CP Option is far behind.....

And mine was filed in EB2 RIR Concurrent, too.

So looks like a similar scenario.

Mine was filed on Feb 20th ....but still no approval.

How to read LIN No

I am new on this site. How to read LIN no ? What I know is 03 means year. What about other nos ???????

Are you applied for CP or concurrent processing please update. How you got those I765 dates. Is it possible to get same thing for I140.

No I haven't applied for CP.

And to the question of doing same kind of study with I140 - I would request you to get your I140 number from the notice you have with you. Go to the BCIS site and enter you number and number around your number. You will get many I140 LIN number around your number.
The study I did was to track how many % of the I765 application were approved for a particular day. The day in my study was Feb 27th. So you can presume my wifes I765 RD was Feb 27th.

My wifes I765 was approved in July 1st week. Her receive date was Feb 27th.
 
Any EB2's from March 2003 ?

Do we know of anybody with ND in March 2003, still waiting for I-140 approval ? Please post here.
