harvydonald:
It has more to do with UR stars then e-filed or regular.
When I filed my last AP. It was taking about 8 months to process, but I and most guys now have got it real quick (2 months or less).
e-filing should enhance/quicken/ease the process, unfortunately this not true.
KBS so nice of you to post detailed info.
But If I were U, I would blur out my name rather than the SRC no's ( SRC #'s do not provide personal information)
Are U really expecting consistency from the GOOD Ol INS/BCIS/USCIS :D .
I am glad they improved the pace of the approvals. Consistency may be next year (Hopefully I will be approved even before they become consistent).
While doing randon manual checks for SRC02176nnnn, I did notice a lot of this constant meaningless(status still the same) change of dates. Dont know the reason though. Probably some lazy guy trying to justify that he is working on a case (If the CSR's are monitored by LUD changes)
For a moment I thought it was UR 485. I do wish, U will post UR 485 Approval soon.
I filed the e-EAD first day(2nd) it was introduced and realised soon that there was no benefit . Filed 3rd old way.
To offer temporary consolation.
Me and my spouse applied for AP at the same time.
I got emails, LUD and approval.
3 weeks later Spouse had a LUD and a week after got the AP docs mailed directly (still no online status change to reflect Approval).
Congratulations and Thanks for UR Wishes.
With the Green Card now you are truly a Green_Girl
I think it is still a combination of RD, FP, Letter/Fax, Luck for Approval.
