Hi Everybody, I got GC through employment ( EB2 Category) and I have completed 1 year after getting GC. I am thinking to start business now by leaving my employer. what will happen if I don't work in same field and do business. will I loose GC ? Thanks in advance.

yes, they take it back, for me INS office told that you don't need it now and they took my I-94.

I think you need to return I - 94 to them.

for me USCIS gave one white envelope and told me to put my GC there. they did not tell me to carry GC. :D :D :D
