Hello,U can file electronically I-90 (there is a fee 4 rep/ment of gc), then when u receive ur I-797, do info-pass take passport and NOA and u will get pp stamped...Good luck

Hello, where is she flying from? how long she ovr stayed? If she is flying fr within the US no probs, if she is coming fr another country then she will definately have a problem @ LA airport if her expired visa was 4 a lenght of time...

Hello, it means that once a visa # or ur priority date gets close they will contact u and give ufurther inf as 2 where, when and address where interview will take place...

hello, was he granted PR b4 he was 26yrs old, if so he can still fill the forms out..But if he on active duty in the Navy there is a different form 4 him to file, let him spk 2 his commander and get more details.. or u can go to www.4sss.gov 2 register him 4 selected services b4 he files.. but...

U chose A, because u should apply 4yrs 9mths b4 the 5yr, or u can do it immediately after the 5yr.. U r good 2 good... good luck :)

I think u can begin the process now.. If u r rtn after the expired date, it is best to go ahead and file I 90..Usually it takes abt 3mths depending where u r filing... If by the time u r ready 2 tvl and u have not recv'd the card take ur notice to local office and they will stamp ur passport...
