Out of Status & Traveling

Hello,

I have a freind who will be flying to LA in 5 days.

She overstayed here b visa, don't know if its been a year yet she's been out of status.

What will happen at the air port if INS notices her overstay?

Hello, where is she flying from? how long she ovr stayed? If she is flying fr within the US no probs, if she is coming fr another country then she will definately have a problem @ LA airport if her expired visa was 4 a lenght of time...

Over stay on Visas lead to automatic cancellation . There could also be a 3/5/10 year bar from entering the US .
Should the visa be cancelled , your friend will be sent back from the POE .
