Thanks for that.
we Fedexed the letter and I certainly do intend to hound them.
We are not using a lawyer as we went through this process successfully last year without one.

Thanks for that.
I have now written to them enclosing a photocopy of the application.
If it is not one thing it is another with these bunch of jokers.
Oh well
Hi there,
I have in front of me an approval notice for I-140 and this is a great relief, but it mentions Adjustment of Status when we applied for Consular Processing.
I have a copy of the I-140 we submitted and it shows clearly we chose to use Consular Processing via the London Consulate...
Thanks
I think we will use Consular Processing as it hopefully will be much quicker, although we will think long and hard about that first I guess.
I appreciate your input.
Hi,
we have one of our managers recently approved for L1A, is it OK for them to start the GC process very quickly after arriving in the USA.
Even if we start now it will be a long time before it gets looked at so I guess it will be OK.
Thanks
Hello,
I really hope someone can tell me what to do next as I have tried everything I can think of.
Scenario is we have filed an I-140 in with Nebrasksa, we are wanting to move one of our key managers over to the West Coast to set up an office. They will be based out of our other 2...
Hi,
for all sorts of stupid issues a RFE in conjunction with an I-140 application was returned by the Post Office as undeliverable.
We have now supplied the BCIS an alternate address.
It has been a week since we did this and the online case status still only mentioned the undeliverable...
Well, this very day I called up BCIS as we have a case that has gone over 180 days. The woman I spoke to told me that for EB1 non Concurrent it is now taking 7 months ? !
Crazy.
Hello,
well that sounds positive enough.
Don't worry if the online status does not get updated, as I said for me it did not, but the end result was all good.
Best of luck
Hello,
well for sure I can access it right now so I do not think the system is down.
If you (or someone using the same IP address, maybe behind a company firewall presenting the same IP) has tried to access a certain number of incorrect status numbers, perhaps by running a scanning...
Hello,
I would not worry unduly.
Last year the same thing happened to me in that the initial address was slightly wrong for my I-140, so the initial receipt could not be delivered.
Then we called BCIS and updated the address. However the people at BCIS told me that they did not resend...
It should be fairly self explanatory, the feedback I have had to date is that it is clear enough.
I inherited the site and so if you have specific questions you can e-mail the address on cptracker.com.
NVC - 001 603 334 0700
please enter your details on cptracker.com too and you will see some useful timings etc.
Good Luck.
From my experience NVC are so much more efficient than BCIS, perhaps it may have something to do with them being paid for the work they actually do.
Re: I-140 Pending from Jan/14/2003
Hi there, to me from what I have seen on this forum and others this is quite unusual as concurrent have been getting processed quite quickly. I assume you have checked the online system etc.
Good luck anyway.
My details are in the spreedsheet, March 8, EB1 non concurrent taking absolutely forever. We went through the same process last year for someone else and they were all approved by now.
Non Concurrent is taking much longer than concurrent which is incredibly frustrating.
Hi there,
this is all real useful data. I just wanted to see if anyone was aware of any reasons that BCIS have given if any for the increasing differences between concurrent and non-concurrent processing.
Are they still saying 150-180 days, as far as I can see they are ?
With the phone...
The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.
National Customer Service...
I do not think BCIS will be able to. Either employer or the bank that cashed the check, but unless it is your account that the check was drwan on that is no go either.
