That's wierd. I thought that approval of EAD was contingent of a biometics appointment and a succesfull fingerprint check...

You should call the USCIS number and find out the reason for delay. They will open a problem ticket for you - and they need to reply within 30 days to you. I did the same thing couple of weks back - and havent recvd anything yet.

You still need to report zero-income. Talk with a good CPA and arrange to pay a small penalty and get your records updated with the IRS.

Just called the CIS customer service number - and told them that it was 90 days beyond my RD - and stilll haven't recvd a decision on my EAD yet. The customer service rep told me that she has created an official request for CIS to look into the case and that I will get a letter from them...

I think its all about how rules are intrepreted by different folks. I am going to take another InfoPass and hope that another officer grants the iEAD to me. In the meantime, if any one of you find out about the rule for delay in iEAD because of RFE from either a lawyer or from the BCIS...

Before the EAD is recvd., do you guys get any notice saying that the "fingerprints have been recieved and processing has started on your case again"? Its been more than 20 days since I had my FP done - but no changes to LUD yet
