P3 krishnatrk, My check has been encashed and NVC sent P3 on DEC 2. Since P3 includes only DS230 PArtI and part II do we have to wait for their packet or it's ok to download the forms from web site and send those to NVC rather than waiting for their packet. ash1

For P3, you will not need PCC, but it's ok to apply for PCC since it takes 3 to 4 weeks to come. P3 includes only DS230 partI, part II form which you can download from web site. Try to call NVC and find out the status of your case. Once You get the case number you can send these forms.

PCC It will take 3 to 4 weeks. You have to submit miscellneous form, passport copy, photograph and 21$ fee to indian consulate first.
