    EB3- Priority Date

    Well, I don't think so. If they were moving 1 or 2 months at a time from apr-may-june, that indicates that they were completing cases for those months. Now evenif they will go back to Jan2002, there will be just few cases to be look at and because of that they should not put PD 7 months back. :)
