Wait for another 53 days, we all come to know. Every one hoping the PD will start where it stopped before July 1st.

PD will go back to Jan2002 for coule of months, and then will be unavailable as there many labor with 2001 and 2002 PD's. If they all apply for I-485 then visa numbers will burn out soon. Just a guess

Well, I don't think so.
If they were moving 1 or 2 months at a time from apr-may-june, that indicates that they were completing cases for those months. Now evenif they will go back to Jan2002, there will be just few cases to be look at and because of that they should not put PD 7 months back.
