I had the same cut/paste email after RFE (l1a I-129) and still waiting. My receipt date was 8th Aug. But I looked on the processing times and they finished with my date. So I called and in the recorded message it said to call after 30 days pass from the processing dates completion on the site...

Today I see they finished with my date and started with Aug 20th. So waiting any day now.

I don't understand how can they refuse you entry if your husband is there. Which visa is he on? F1? Even so, you should be able to be there for the duration of his studies.

Just noticed on the USCIS site that they are dealing with the date they received my application. So hopefully it won't be long now till I hear the reply.
yeah, so I heard. But it is interesting that they assume everyone is either doing a property business or opening some kind of shop or a trade. There are many businesses which don't belong to either. But they seem to cut and paste the same answers (or REFs for everyone).

-Questions totally unrelated to our business (we are international medical scientific research group and they asked for warehouse etc etc) and also...
I have some request for further information for my L1a and we are due to file it before the 10th August. Since I have a business in the US as well as kids, house etc, if it is denied I will most certainly accrue "unlawful" presence till I sort my affairs out. I would like to wait till my kids...
