RFE for L1A

I recently submitted documents for RFE for my I-140 which were to prove that I am on Managerial level. Basically, I work for the company that has 3 small entities in the US with 10 employees working under me. Do I have chances in getting my I-140 approved based on these many employees as I hear that USCIS only approves cases where there are more than 30 employees? I would really appreciate if anybody can share their experience as I am really worried about this.

I have similar situation, if you look at my poste below in the same section. I have a good attorney and she told me that it depends of the type of business if you need many employers or not and how long the company existed in the US. But why do you have I-140? What is it for? I have L1a visa and have I-129. Can anyone tell us the difference?
I will post when I have a reply. They are dealing now with the date we submitter RFE.
