We received an email saying the "GC has been sent"(my wife's) on July 18th 05. But we never received the GC so far. We called INS twice each time we came across two different procedures to be followed. We are confused. Does any one of you had similar issues? Please advice us.

I was in exact same situation as you were in. Moved to new company before 140 got approved. My original company did'nt have any problem with that.And now my 485 also approved. My lawyer said it is fine. And do not worry about the simple letter that your school giving for future employment...

I also have a same situation like you.My lawyer sugested me to put new employer details on my AR-11. However i have not submitted AC-21. AC-21 submission is not mandatory. However if you want you can submit. Mine 140 is approved and waiting for I485 approval.
