guys, I just received my LC from Boston DOL, proving they are still working, although at a very slow pace. Mass RIR started beginning of August 2003, transfered to DOL beginning of September 2004, and approved mid-February 2005. No RFE, just 3 letters: receipt from SETA, when the case was...

Update: my case (RIR) was transfered from MA SETA to Boston in first week of September 2004. Still processing (??!!) at Boston DOL. No letters. No phone numbers working for Boston DOL. I might walk over to their office to ask what's going on.

The first week of October might be true for Maine. For MA I know someone still waiting for first week of September, RIR. Did anyone asked about the AVM ? Are they gonna fix it or is it broken on purpose?

Did anyone try the (617) 788-0170 number for DOL Boston? My RIR was submitted to DOL the first week of September and still no answer. I think they packed all files and transfered them to "backlog reduction centers" or crematorium.

Indeed, their phone system states they work on this period, but also it states the message is valid for July and August, thus it would take them at least till the end of August to finish the July-August 2003 RIRs. I passed by SESA today and it seems like everyone is in vacation.

It is July 6th and their message is still for the month of May... Either they are soo busy processing our cases (highly doubt it) or they are out tanning. It is exactly one year since I filled the RIR with MA SESA... no reply at all.
