Hi Naga1, what is your co-employee's I-140 RD? CIS has received the response sent by my attorney on 02/11/2005. My I-140 RD is 10-Nov-2004. LUD changed twice, that may be for the EAD. EAD approved on 02/18/2005. No update after that. Thanks.
