RFE on I-485, what's your experience?

I got my I-140 approved yesterday, but at the same time, I got an request for evidence on my I-485. What is your experience about RFE on I-485? What did USCIS ask for?

I filed my I-140 and I-485 concurrently at CSC August 19, 2004.

Please advise.

Is it EB2 or EB3?
Was there any RFE on yout I-140?
Was there any LUD on your I-140 before approval?

For me, they asked for birth certificate. It seems my lawyer forgot to attach it with the original application. But I got the RFE at the same time when my I-140 RFE was issued.
 
I don't know I am EB2 or EB3, how can I tell?

I didn's have any RFE on I-140, and LUD is that date I got my figer print, which is about Oct 8, 2004. Sorry, I don't even know if it is LUD. But I had no problem on my I-140 at all.

I got an RFE yesterday on I-140(yet to know what it is abt). Nothing has happened on I-485 yet.

My RFE was about "ability to pay" and education verification.
I sent some original docs for education verification like degree certificate and marksheets etc.
Mine is labor substitution, EB3
RFE reply was sent on 18th Feb.
I-140 RD is 03/03/04
 
485 rfe

i've got i-140 approval on 3/15/05

me, spouse and daughter 485 had a lud change on 3/17/05?

is this rfe? we haven't done medical yet! is medical rfe same as a normal rfe?
 
Today, my lawyer got the RFE from USCIS for the I-485, as bellow:

"Part 2 of the form indicates that you have not completed all the required immunizations. Submit the applicant's supplemental form showing the applicant has completed the series of vaccines in the immunization record."

Now I have to go back to the doctor office and get more papers, may be more shoots, done. That sucks, how can I know what the doctor put in since the envolpe is sealed. This physical exam is stupid the first place, it sounds like people in this country are healther than others. :mad:

My lawyer hasnt received the RFE still now. I will update the forum as soon as I get some info from her.

You are lucky, in the sense, that they picked up your application pretty fast.
I have been waiting since August 2004 and looks like this is the first time they have opened my file :mad:

If you find out the contents of your RFE, pls do update the forum.
