Nope, the last one I received was on 08/03 with this message:
"This case has been approved. On August 3, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address...."
Leo,
Yep, Mesquite is where I sent mine. RD is June 6. Case started out normal, then I got an e-mail that they took extra time from international office (IO). After waiting and waiting for a while I asked IO if there is anything we can do. She called someone, and that "someone" told her what to...
LEO,

Hi guys,
I had an LUD again, on the 27th. (this came right after the 26th). I do not want to make you mad with this info since I know that some of you applied earlier. I think we all agree that there should be a more efficient way for all this. And that at least they should give us a...
I am not sure calling will help you out too much. I have called several times and all they could tell me is the general things: "they are working on it, you should receive something soon." Oh, yes, and one more thing. Each and every one of the associates I talked to told me that I should get a...
I do not have any message that was not there before. I am not sure, is there a place I can check what the update is about? All I see that in the Last Updated date column I have 07/26 instead of 07/08.
It is not related to change of address though, because the service center associate I...
Did you guys also have an update today (07-26)? I did. And I am sure that I indicated when I registered online that I would like to get e-mail updates and I have not received a single one (and this is the second LUD on my application).
Sorry for not knowing it better, but how is the H1b related to OPT? I thought that if you have H1-b you can start working. I have not looked into it thoroughly, could you please enlighten me?
thanks,
Interestingly what I heard is that they are pretty good at responding quickly to requests for expedited service. Although, on the webpage they maintain that if you don't hear from them in 72 hrs it means that they rejected the request.
oh, yes, my bad, expedited service is not the same as premium processing. I misread the thing.
According to a California Service Center website they either respond to expedited requests in 72 hours or otherwise they are denied. I hope you are hearing soon from them. Please keep us posted about...
sridevi,
I read your post somewhere else about your call to customer service where they told you that you needed a biometrics and within 10 days you should get a letter, or something. I was given similar information by cust. service. I am just wondering if you have new info on that. Have you...
biometrics
Hi guys,
My RD is june 6th and I have one LUD with a july 8th date. I called the service center yesterday inquiring about issues related to changing address. There were several things that seemed odd to me. First of all, when I asked the lady about the july 8 update on my file she...
