This must be the place to post this fact -- we got approved on Oct 6, 2003, and again on Oct 9,2003. Online status indicates approval on Oct 6. Our case details were posted earlier. We must be the few lucky ones to get approval twice.

most probably approval unless it is an RFE. If it is approval, the message should say 'The case was approved. On (date) ...'. Or if the mailroom resends any bounced mail, the message may read this funky.
