My case assigned to an officer on April 31

I talked to an IIO on last friday. When I asked him about yI-485, he told that it has already been assigned to an officer. I requested the date on which the case is assigned and he replied "APRIL 31"

May be TSC will assign my case if in future some April has a date 31!!!!!

Wow. IIOs are stressed out or they are bluffing or they cannot
read what is on the screen or the computer itself allows April 31st!

With the impending changes in the telephone system things are bound to get better. You will get “no replies” instead of getting totally idiotic replies. :)

Last week I talked to an IIO to determine if my finger prints had been accepted. She had an attitude and I could tell that she didn't want to talk to me (or any of us). She told me that my prints had been accepted, but since she never verified who I was, I am still not comfortable. She asked me for my SRC number and that was it. For all I know, she could have made an entry error and was looking at someone elses file. :(
When is it going to get better? :confused:
