If your ND is 10/99, I beleive it is meaning less to change the employer now. After sailing through rough waters for years, why should you invoke unnecessary complications (if any), if your release date is within days.

I beleive you can hear a decision within 2 months, once they receive the FP, if your ND is processing date( not for FEB\'01 cases those received FP, already) and your dates are current.
As per Rajiv Beid\'s posting, they will keep files on shelf for 60 days after sending the FP notice.
That makes sense. Because, that sixty days includes the days for postal delays, the time between your receipt and actual appointment for FP INS receiving back from FBI.
