My I-485 was approved last Nov (2004). Finished card processing and rec'd card this Feb (2005) Last week, got an email from USCIS that 'On May 11, 2005, your application was approved...' for I-485. Has anyone been in this situation yet?

Try between 6 pm-7 pm OR 7 -8 am it should work. Btw, the office is right across dunn-loring metro.

Thanks for the replies. Whoever got the appointments, must be very fortunate and persistent. I did try at different times, a few attempts each time. I think it is ridiculous. What kind of freaking system are we dealing with, anyway?

Are there people who made infopass appointment for the washington district office? IF so, was it within this week? (option, time, # of attempts) I tried quite a few times and frankly it sucks. I tried in morning, afternoon, evening and once at 2 am with no success. Do I really have to try...

Nd 2/25/2003 Approved was approved today. RFE on Oct 8th for Medicals, Paystubs, etc, the usual. LUD: 10/08(RFE mailed), 10/28 (RFE Rec'd), 11/05 and 11/16 Cat: EB2, RIR, PD: 08/2001 Some ordeal, huh?

It is really unfortunate to receive another RFE. Hopefully, you get everything in order ahead of time to make sure you do not lose anymore time.

My LUD changed on 09/24 and 09/25. After two weeks, the sent me an RFE. LUD changed on 08/24, 08/25 and on 08/26. Address change confirmation with 08/24 as the date in the email and in written notice.
