With retrogession, the PD matters more than RD of 485. I have a 1999 PD. So let us keep updating about the status.

AP documents goes to Lawyer, not to the beneficiary. So you might want to see if your Lawyer can FedEx it to you in India. Also, if you are expecting any documents from USCIS (EAD, FP notice, etc), they don't get forwarded to the forwarding address, but returns back. so you should be carefull...

FP Recvd Msg I did my FP on 14th Sept. I saw LUD on 485 on 9/17, saying received your FP results on 9/16 and processing resumed.....Today (9/21) again I see the LUD and the msg says received FP results on 9/20 and processing resumed. Same thing happened on my wife's 485. I'm bit confused...

Looks like every one receiving FP notices are either EB1 or EB2 (except miliky). That makes me think that they stopped sending FP notices to EB3 because of visa number unavailability. But that's just my guess... :rolleyes: :mad: :mad: :mad:
