Hi , Today myself & my wife attended Interview without Attorney. Interview went very well. Officer is very Polite.Officer took 10 minutes ,just few common questions from I-485 form .And then officer stamped our Passports. Good Luck for those who is going to attend Interview..

No problem for them until they have valid & unexpired H4 visa .They can re-enter in U.S.

I don't think you need lawyer. If you ever arrested or out of status, otherwise you don't need attorney .Officers are polite .
