Those cases with PD 3-4/2002 that were approved are not from CA. Haven't seen any yet from CA. So I think we have to wait a long time. But whether it gets approved today or next year doesn't matter anymore because of the huge backlogs.

I have an EB-3 with CA PD 06-08-02, which is very close to your case. I have been wanting to change to EB-2 PERM. I understand that PERM gets approved very fast, but with the current USCIS backlog, even with an approved LC, how can you adjust status with a 2005 PD? At this point, my lawyer...
