Hi guys, My response to RFE was received by Nebraska on 08/13/04. My LUD has been changing everyday after that. I just checked a while ago and LUD changed to today with out any change in status. Is this good or bad ? Is approval around the corner ? Any guesses.. Thanks

Hi Puneet, An RFE was generated for me yesterday after I applied for AP. LUD changed for both AP and I-485 to today in my case if that helps.

jbm,GCDreamer2000, Thanks for the information. I will talk to my attorney and see what they advice. Looking at the information available online I think jbm is correct. As long I dont use the EAD (even after it is apporved) I think I am safe to travel on my H1.
