I E-filed 3rd AP for me and EAD for my wife on 08/02/04. LUD for my wife changed yesterday and I received an email from USCIS today that an RFE has been generated for my case and LUD is changed for my case also. I am not sure if applying for AP and EAD triggered this or this just came on its own. I will post the details of RFE once I receive it from my lawyer. Any predictions, how long it will take for approval after sending a repsonse for the RFE.
