As long as you don't use it for evil purposes that harm others of course.
The Bible is still applied too. It doesn't mean that it's not in dire need of revision/replacement. Anyone who thinks the Constitution never needs to be changed is deluded and a victim of the constant propaganda that is being spewed. The amendments are a testament to the need for constant change.
Actually I don't even think that you have to be an LPR to own a gun. In many states, you just have to have a valid drivers license and be of age (in FL 18 to buy a rifle/shotgun/whatever and 21 for a handgun). They don't care about your immigration status.
Makes sence but I honestly doubt that FBI is gonna be aware of your immigration status as of, as you know, all government agencies (oh well, most of them like IRS, FBI, USCIS, DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE) are totally independent. But again, those are just guesses. And what FBI does is investigate crimes. So my guess is that as long as theres nothing they have on you in their database you'll be fine...They always do a background check with the FBI before selling a gun and I think that takes care of the immigration status as well. FBI background check can come back with an approved, denied or on hold. I am assuming if someone is not on a LPR/USC their background check may not clear. But what do I know![]()
