Sorry tsc_ka_mara, but I did not have any address change since I filed my 485.

I got an FP notice in the mail for both me & my spouse for Nov 2. No emails, no LUD change and no online status change. FYI, I had also sent faxes & mails to TSC to get FP notice in May - however did not receive any response from them. Hope all others in this forum still waiting for FP get...

I would suggest you call your lawyer (if you haven't done it yet). Then call the National Service Center # 1 (800) 375-5283 and ask them.

Generally it is based on where your company is located - Maine in this case. Also if given a choice at this time, I would file at Maine - California is very slow whereas Maine (and the Boston DOL) is processing within 3 months of time.

No requirement that they must match. I got mine approved even though the job descriptions were different in LC / LCA.

LUD - Last Update Date. You can see it if you register as an applicant customer in the uscis.gov site - https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/selectusertype.jsp Then you can add your cases (SRC#s) in your account.

My details - ND - Sept 5, 02 2 EADs, 2APs LUD - 05/05/2004 No RFE, no FP yet :-(

You guys may also want to contact your Senator/Congress(wo)man. Explain your cases, let them know they are currently processing applications received after your notice date. They would then contact TSC - that might help.
