Does LC and LCA have to match 1-1

MY company plans to file for LC after just little below 5 years on H1. The initial job description and other stuff filed in LCA 4 years ago is not quite the same now. So is it necessary to have same description etc while filing LC even after 5 years? Does the LC ad will have same experience level as I had when I got my first H1 5 yrs ago.

Any information/advice is appreciated.

No requirement that they must match. I got mine approved even though the job descriptions were different in LC / LCA.
