Location of LC filed??

Hi All,

I am employee of Company A based out of Maine.

I am working for a client (Client A) in California of my employer (Company A).

My employer has agreed to file my Labor. I am not sure where he will be filing my State Labor Process?? Would it be at Maine or California??

Generally it is based on where your company is located - Maine in this case. Also if given a choice at this time, I would file at Maine - California is very slow whereas Maine (and the Boston DOL) is processing within 3 months of time.
