Received FP notice

I just received a call from my lawyer's office, saying they have received the notices for both my wife and me. We haven't received our copies though. Scheduled on 08/07/04.

I am also an May02 (ND) applicant waiting for FP.
When did you get the FP notice, what triggered it? and did YOU also receive a copy, or it goes only to lawyer?
But anyway..CONGRATULATIONS..finally something is moving.
 
That is really strange ppl on May 02 are still waiting for FP.

You ppl need to do some extra struggle..

Send letters......... to ALL ..yes ALL.. of ur local Cong/Sen
send Letters to TSC Director.
and follow what other ppl made effort to get progress in their cases..

don't give up keep continue ur struggle

Sent fax to TSC twice a couple weeks back. Other than that I did nothing. I guess our cases are just too old and TSC finally start to schedule FP for people like us.

AFter your & Addtx's FP notices,
I think now they have begun to look at May 02 for FPs & approvals.

tombaan,get2 you guys could be next.

tsc_ka_mara, the application service center works on saturday & i think they are closed on monday.

We received our fingerprint notices in the mail at our home address, despite having a lawyer. So, maybe, your original notices bounced and USCIS sent them to your lawyer instead?
 
FP notice received

Received the FP notice info. from Lawyer. Haven't received copy yet.
Scheduled for middle of July (too quick ! :) )
I see some progress now !
I spoke to representative 2 months back.
Sent a Fax requesting manual FP.
Requested Lawyer to send a copy by mail.
The FP notice doesn't seem to be due to all these efforts ... probably, they have started working on May cases !

i hope so

but most of the cases who got fp are people who called. I have not taken any steps in that direction

It is very similar to what was suggested by one of our buddies on this site.

I sent fax to 214-489 8021. But I don't think they scheduled FP for us because of the fax. Hope all May 02 people who have not received FP notices yet will hear from TSC soon.

Online status didn't change.
First received a call from my lawyer and then received our copies of FP notice.
