Bharad1, I have a opposite situation. I got I-485 RFEs for me and my wife. LUD for I140 is never changed since first day. I submitted my I-485 RFE on 3/8 then wife's RFE on 3/25. Then I got I140 approved on 3/29. I think NSC is waiting for my wife's RFE to continue process.

cdi, Congratulations on your approval. After LUD is changed on 3/9, it is quiet for my case. :-( I wish to see that magic word soon.

My attorney sent RFE on March 5th(Saturday) by FedEx, USCIS received on March 7th(Monday). The web site was updated on March 8th.

Valcris29, I am in the same boat with you. My I-140 is unchanged, but I-485 got the RFE. The RFE is for non-immigration status which requested H1 approval notice and I-94. Good luck..

It may take a week to receive RFE for your attorney.
