hello ,
All thoose who filed their 140/485 concurrently in the month of march 2004 kindly list ur details in this thread.....I have started feeling that everyone around me is getting approved.....if I find a couple of others from march I thought we can get an idea of the number of people who are still waiting to get approval.....

Concurrent Filing March 24,2004

I have replied to my 140 RFE on March 21, 2005. Waiting for the response from USCIS

Looks like there are very few approvals for March, 2004 Filers.

congrats !!!

Yep .. very very few March approvals.. !! Gosh donno how long its going to take.. I am tired of waiting.. !! :( But well.. do I have any other choice ?! guess NOT. :(

Educational Eval

The RFE was about Educational evaluation. Sending one more evaluation report. i have 4 yrs dgree.
 
How long for a decision on 140 RFE reply ?

Concurrent filing of 140/485 Feb 2004. (EB3 )
Got RFE on 140 on Mar 16 2005
"Education and experience. "

Replied. Notice Date April 19 2005
BE (4 years computer science)

Waiting for a decision. It is almost 10 days. Does it take this long ? Is there anyone with similar experience.

I just can't fathom why this should be such a long process.
 
I got my I-140.

Finally. I got my I-140. Thank God.

Labor:April 25 2002 (EB3)
Yes. It took nearly 2 years for labor. Had partial rejection first, proved again that I qualify.

140 & 485 applied Feb 2 2004
Got RFE in 140 MArch 16 2005 !!!
Education and Experience.
Resubmitted all the documents + Letter from university + Letter from College Principal + Affidavited Syllabus + Experience letter + Old but very effective Education evaluation.
RFE submitted and recieved April 19 2005.
RFE approved today. May 2 2005

Waiting for 485. Let it takes it sweet time.

For those of you in the Q, two words "be patient" I know it is difficult but I've been there so I can say.
