My daughter sponsored her Indian brother in 2009 who is Canadian Citizen now since last 3 years. May be due to some error on our part immigration always adds FNU before his name. How this mistake can be corrected now to remove FNU from his name (First name) . During this period we have kept updated US immigration by letters reg his change of residence in Canada and added kids.

@DEEPAMENON how do i post question for next conference call? Here is my question btw-
I am on H1B visa and I am relocating to another state. My company is filing a relocation amendment petition with uscis and it may take 5-6 months. I have a personal travel coming up to india in December 2023. Can I travel outside of USA while my h1b relocation amendment is pending with uscis?

Hi Rajiv, I had my H1b approved in 2019 and revoked in 2022 (not sure about revocation cause as employer is not responding to my emails).Never went for stamping did not have approval notice with me. All I have is a case/receipt #,can any other employer do a cap exempt ?

I have reached out to a couple of employers, but they are saying I am not counted under cap. Pls advise.

Hi. Sorry, currently Rajiv takes only 12 to 13 questions. You can try for the next conference call. Sometimes he host calls on LinkedIn too.

Hello Deepa,

I posted a question for August 18, 2022 Call but could not attend the call. My question was flagged as FAQ & I guess it was discussed in the call. I don't see my question/Answer in the FAQ section or the call recording. Could you please help me locate the same & send me the link for call recording?
